3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing Plans

• Starter Plan: $29/month - 1 platform, 10k messages
• Pro Plan: $49/month - 2 platforms, 50k messages

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime to avoid future charges.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your bots will continue running until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT use the Service for:

• Message limits are enforced per billing period
• Exceeding limits may result in temporary bot suspension
• You'll be notified at 80% and 100% of usage
• Upgrade anytime to increase limits
• We reserve the right to implement rate limiting for abuse prevention

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions due to maintenance
• Third-party API outages (OpenAI, Telegram, Discord)
• Internet connectivity issues
• Force majeure events

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of bot tokens and customization settings. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and operate your bots.
